You can check in between 15:00 and 20:00. Arrival after 20:00 is possible by arrangement; please contact in advance so that the hotel can arrange a self check-in or late check-in. Early check-in from 12:30 pm is available at a surcharge of €50. Check-out should be no later than 10:30 am. Late check-out until 12:30 in the afternoon is available for a surcharge of €50.

Is breakfast offered at Hotel Gold & Silver?
Yes, you can enjoy breakfast at Hotel Goud & Zilver. Breakfast is not included as standard with your reservation, but our breakfast restaurant La Kantina serves an extensive buffet every morning. The cost is €24.50 per person (including coffee, tea and juice). Breakfast is served on weekdays from 07:00 to 10:00, and on weekends from 08:00 to 11:30. So you can start the day off right with a fresh and varied meal.

Each longstay suite has a fully equipped kitchen (with combination oven, refrigerator and stove) and its own washer and dryer, so you can cook and wash for yourself during your stay. Weekly suite cleaning is performed and bed linens and towels are changed. The suites are located in the middle of the city center, with stores, restaurants and parking in the immediate vicinity - you are living temporarily in Gorinchem without compromising on luxury or comfort. Longstay stays are possible from one month; the rent will be determined in consultation and includes all fixed charges. Billing can be done on a business basis, making it ideal for business guests or anyone looking for a stylish temporary living solution.

Hotel Gold & Silver has a minimum age requirement for guests. Children 16 and older are welcome, but younger children unfortunately cannot stay. This policy ensures a peaceful environment for all our guests. Therefore, please note that no facilities or extra beds are available for small children.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
No, smoking is not permitted in the suites and indoor areas of the hotel. All rooms and indoor public areas are completely smoke-free. If smoking does occur in the room, we are forced to charge a €300 fine. This fine can be paid directly at check-out or will be charged to your credit card afterwards. We kindly request smoking guests to smoke outside; ashtrays are available at the entrance.
What is Hotel Gold & Silver's cancellation policy?
Because Hotel Gold & Silver is a small boutique hotel, we have strict cancellation policies. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged 100% of the booking fee. If you cancel earlier (before that 48-hour period), we will try to re-rent the room at no charge, but always contact us as soon as possible in case of changes. We encourage guests to consider travel or cancellation insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
