1. Free cancellation
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
2. Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival
. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total accommodation costs will be charged.
3. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival
In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
4. Changes to the reservation
Changes are possible based on availability. Any costs will be clearly communicated in advance.
5. Early departure
In case of early departure, the full amount of the booking remains due.
